This is a dry chemical extinguisher packaging line for a buyer from Spain. The process including powder feeding, filling, oil greasing, top placing, body turning, top sealing and label applying. The angle between the handles and the wall hook can be 90 degrees. We offer a complete solution to any production needs.

4 heads, 4 stand-alone weighers, PLC controls. Vacuum negative pressure method, weigh-to-fill.

OIL GREASING & TOP PLACING

Automatically grease the opening, manually place the top with a footswitch.

SEALING

Automatically detect the handles, clamp them and screw them to seal. The angle between the handles and the wall hook can be 90 degrees.

LABELING

Custom lower labeler, date coder as an optional extra.
