The ZONESUN ZS-FS009A is a fully automatic aluminum tube filling, folding, and sealing machine that integrates tube feeding, paste filling, end folding, and letter stamping on a single rotary workbench. Designed for toothpaste, hand cream, ointment, gel, and similar viscous paste products, it handles fully-aluminum tubes from Φ13–38 mm diameter and 100–200 mm length with a filling range of 30–150 ml.

Achieving 20–50 pcs/min with ≤±1% filling accuracy via piston pump, the ZS-FS009A is available in Roller Version and Gear Version, with double-fold or triple-fold sealing options to suit different tube end requirements.
